Description

Spectacular location with up to 4,000 vertical feet above Lake James State Park, near Grandfather Mountain, Wilsons Creek singletrack and Tablerock Mountain, near Morganton. August 20-21, 2010. 24h for the CP Tracker series, 12h race for hellacious fun. Activities include canoeing, mountain biking, trail running, rappelling, orienteering, and special challenges. $95 per person- 12 hr, 8:00 a.m-8:00 pm on Sat, 8/21; $120 per person- 24 hr, 8:00 pm Fri, Aug 20– 8:00 pm Sat, Aug 21. Once again, a benefit for the American Diabetes Association and the US National Whitewater Center. Course designed by Ric Morton and Stan Green. All details at www.ncars.info. Frankly, we do not expect teams to sweeep the 24h course. It should kick your butt.
