Description
The 4th Annual Break Up is back! Expect a beautiful and challenging course in the rugged Flint Hills and along the shores of scenic Milford Lake. Expect 10-13 mi trek, 25-30 mi bike and 3-5 mi paddle (with plenty of navigation). A shorter course is also available. Solo, 2 or 3 person teams. 3 person Co-Ed is the elite division.
