LIONHEART Adventure Race

Description

The LIONHEART 24 hr adventure race is both a Checkpointtracker & USARA Regional Qualifier. This race is transitional/unsupported. Solo's, teams of 2, 3 or 4.... both coed & same sex will race appxo 100 miles through beautiful Ohiopyle State park. Teams will mountainbike 55 miles, trail run & orienteer about 35 miles & kayak approx 10 miles on the middle Yough river. There is an optional rappel. Teams electing not to do the rappel will receive a time penalty. Kasia will have breakfast/coffee available both pre & post race at Wilderness Voyageurs.
