Snickers Marathon edged Eastern Mountain Sports to take first place at Swamp Stomp in Sarasota, FL the weekend of February 16th. It was a nail biter of a finish that saw Snickers lurch forward to take the lead at the very end of the race.

Both teams are racing March 8th in Hiawassee, GA at the Checkpoint Zero Adventure Race.

Last year EMS narrowly missed a first place finish at the Checkpoint Zero race coming in just minutes behind local favorites Enduraventure/Outspokin' Bikes. There's no doubt they'd like to head off a streak of second place finishes and put this one in the bag. They're gonna be racing like they're on fire.

Right there we've got three teams that will no doubt be setting the pace at the front of the pack, but that's not the whole story.

There's a lot of talent coming to this race.

Any number of competitive teams like Black Dome, WEDALI, both ATAC teams and Indy Rootstock could run away with a top spot on the podium.
